                                                    PUPPY CONTRACT

    Our contracts are written to insure the safety and well-being of our puppies.
    While we take every step possible to make our contract fair to all parties, we understand
    that unusual circumstances will occur from time to time. We provide all puppy buyers
    with a copy of this contract before the puppy leaves for his/her permanent home. We
    are always steadfast in our request that we ALWAYS be notified if there are any
    problems and be allowed to take the puppy back should the need arise. Please feel

    CONDITIONS OF SALE:

    This puppy is sold as a pet/companion only.

    AGREEMENTS OF SALE:

    A pet PUPPY is defined here to be a purebred Havanese puppy which is in good
    health at the time of sale, and embodies the characteristics of the Havanese breed.
    The PUPPY is Health guaranteed for two full years from date of birth. PUPPY comes
    with first shots, micro chipped and health guaranteed.

    This PUPPY is registered/registerable with the Canadian Kennel Club.

    The BUYER/S hereby agrees that if at any time the BUYER/S cannot take proper care
    of the puppy, the BUYER/S must contact the BREEDERS and an additional contract
    must be made between the BUYER/S and BREEDERS to:
    1. take the PUPPY back or
    2. assist the BUYER/S in finding a suitable home for the PUPPY

    The BUYER/S shall keep this animal in conformity with the local municipality
    by-laws, and assume full responsibility for the actions of the above
    said Havanese puppy. The BUYER/S agrees that the name "Miss Muffin's" will
    appear first in the registered name of the puppy/dog. eg Miss Muffin's Kooie.
    The BUYER/S agrees to have this male/female PUPPY spayed/neutered at the
    appropriate age of 6-8 months, and the veterinarian confirmation of this procedure
    must be supplied to the breeder. Registration papers will be given to the
    BUYER/S once confirmation of spay/neuter has been provided.
