After falling in love with the amazing and adorable Havanese we
became interested in conserving the quality of this once almost extinct
breed. Miss Muffin of Miss Muffin's Havanese had her first litter in
2004. We have since added our own Kooie and acquired Hava Angle
Jasper O'Debrianna to our breeding program. Fall 2008 will bring our
first litter for Kooie and our second for Jasper and we are very excited
to see these new puppies. With Jasper there is a possibility for solid
black or brown puppies. Muffin has had tri-parti, white/champagne
and white/black puppies (check out our Past Litters page).
At Miss Muffin's Havanese we treat all of our dogs and puppies as
family members and their happiness is first and foremost. They are
not kept in kennels. Our adults have free access to our entire home
while the puppies graduate to controlled areas as they grow and
require more freedom. They have access to a kennel as a sanctuary
for sleeping and comfort so are on their way to being crate trained.
They are also paper trained and started on being house broken. We
sell our puppies as companion dogs with an occasional puppy going to
a show / breeding home. Each puppy comes with its first shots, is
micro chipped, health checked, and CKC registered. We have a two
year health guarantee.
We feel that it is important to meet each and every puppy's human
family so that both you and the puppy have a chance to get to know
each other first. Our home is located about 40 minutes south of
Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and is always open for you to come
and meet us and our furry family members. We are more than willing
to answer any questions that you may have before you choose a
puppy, while you are choosing and after you have taken your puppy
home....always feel free to contact us. We love to stay in touch and
hear how everyone is doing...our puppies always stay a part of our
