The house is lined with fir plywood walls and ceiling. There is fire rated
gyproc on the walls and ceiling except for the remodeled areas.
There are two bedrooms up and one down.
The laundry is in the basement .
There is a fan forced electric furnace in the basement which is 28 by 40.
New All-Weather windows and doors were put in in 2000.
A new Hickory and Cherry kitchen was put in 2000
There is a Venmar high capacity fan over the stove in black.
New bathroom with large jetted tub in the basement in 2003
New bathroom on the main floor in 2007.
New Paint in most rooms.
The Addition 28 by 14 feet was completed in 2000. It has 10ft ceilings. Walk
in closet.
Stainless steel sink. There is in floor heat with the boiler in the basement.
We built a covered porch on the south end in 2006.
The wall and ceiling were painted in September.
